About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Officer in Brownhills, Walsall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support to the team, and handling basic accounts and invoicing tasks.

  1. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Front Desk Management: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy, utilizing CRM software to track interactions.
  3. Administration: Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Accounts Support: Assist with basic invoicing and accounts-related tasks under the supervision of the accounts team, maintaining accurate records and reconciliations.
  5. Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, ordering supplies and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
  6. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with CRM software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:15 am – 1:45 pm.

Salary: £13.00 per hour, generous benefits package available.
