**Job Title:** Front Desk Receptionist

**Location:** Near Solihull

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the main point of contact for clients and visitors, you will take pride in providing a first-class service.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Meeting and greeting clients
  2. Checking visitors into the office
  3. Handling a busy switchboard
  4. Making drinks for visitors
  5. Preparing meeting rooms
  6. Ensuring the office area is clean and tidy

In addition to these tasks, you will also handle administrative duties such as:

  1. Handling incoming and outgoing post
  2. Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
  3. Typing of documents

To succeed in this role, you should have solid reception experience within a corporate environment, ideally within a law firm or similar. You will also need to be happy working autonomously and have experience with managing a switchboard.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. Our office offers an inclusive and collaborative working environment, a strong work-life balance, and excellent benefits.
