About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking hotel as a Front Office Supervisor. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum depending on experience
- Will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Maximise revenue through effective room sales and inventory management
