Our company is seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Director's schedule and ensure efficient time management.
  • Provide email administration services, including typing and responding to correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the Director.
  • Arrange international travel itineraries, including flights and hotel bookings.
  • Offer hospitality services, such as beverage preparation and daily lunch service.
  • Schedule medical appointments and manage healthcare-related tasks.
  • Identify business-critical matters and notify the Director accordingly.
  • Maintain files and documents, and prepare secure documents for sending.
  • Handle post and credit card payments with discretion.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting senior executives is essential.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 is required.
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
