Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to lead our team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to children, young people, and their families.

Job Purpose

The postholder will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient-centred programmes of care. They will work closely with other services to make improvements and develop new clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and lead highly specialist clinical care to own caseload and service within speciality area
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient-centred programmes of care
  • Work with education settings to offer consultation, advice, and training to education staff
  • Provide clinical supervision, caseload management supervision, and day-to-day clinical leadership to the team

  • Experience of working in a mental health setting
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include generous annual leave, access to NHS discount sites, and opportunities for professional development.

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum
