Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Operations Lead to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards in patient care and operational performance.

Responsibilities

As Senior Mental Health Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Hospital Manager to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and exceptional care;
  • Managing complex healthcare settings and overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with purchasers and referrers to identify new growth opportunities;
  • Upholding regulatory compliance with Care Quality Commission standards, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a management role within a mental health hospital/setting, such as Ward Manager or Deputy Hospital Director;
  • Comprehensive understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and inspection processes;
  • A passion for delivering outstanding clinical quality and advancing patient care through evidence-based practices;
  • Excellent strategic and operational skills, including experience in managing complex healthcare settings;
  • Strong commitment to advancing patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care;
