You will have the opportunity to bring your clinical skills, leadership, and expertise to a dynamic and effective team making a real difference to young people's mental health. The estimated salary range for this role is £50-60k per annum, commensurate with experience and location flexibility. The key responsibilities include:
  • Clinical guidance: Support the Head of Operations to approve the directory of mental health providers, ensuring information is accurate and reviewing shortlisted providers.
  • Supporting Beyond to identify and cultivate a diverse range of provisions and providers within the directory who represent disadvantaged groups.
  • Review all psycho-educational materials once a year ahead of the annual schools festival, Now and Beyond.
  • Provide expert advice to the board and CEO on clinical matters and best practices in youth mental health where needed.
As a Clinical Trustee, you will also be involved in strategy and development, safeguarding and risk management, and advocacy and representation. This role requires a qualified child and adolescent psychiatrist, psychologist, or senior clinician with significant experience in clinical leadership or advisory roles, ideally within a charitable, healthcare, or youth-focused setting.
