A leading mental health service provider, The Sterling Group, is seeking a highly experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on the role of Clinical Lead for one of their specialist hospitals located just outside Leeds.

This hospital offers a dynamic inpatient provision supporting adults with complex presentations relating to mental health and/or a personality disorder, some of whom may also have learning disabilities, across low security and rehabilitative services. Recent refurbishments have provided patients with a contemporary and collaborative environment, following their own holistic, person-centred treatment pathway.

As Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on patient care through strong and effective leadership, driving clinical excellence across the hospital on a day-to-day basis.

The hospital is part of a leading network of mental health and community services, enabling participation in business research and audit initiatives as part of your role, alongside advisory, consultation, and colleague/service development opportunities to further develop reflexive and responsive mental health care.

Job Summary:

We are offering a permanent, full-time position for an RMN-trained Clinical Lead with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement high-quality clinical practice guidelines to ensure best-in-class patient care
  2. Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical governance and CQC compliance
Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Substantial clinical management experience within mental health services, at a level of Unit Lead or higher
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional clinical care
