Job Description

Our Children's Mental Health Support Worker will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people in West Yorkshire. This challenging yet rewarding position requires a skilled practitioner with experience of working with children and young people who have experienced mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized support plans for children and young people, focusing on promoting their mental wellbeing.
  2. Work closely with a range of professionals and local services to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  3. Contribute to the development and delivery of the CYP Emotional Well Being model across Leeds and surrounding areas.
