New Accounts Manager, New Seller Acquisition Specialist

Amazon is seeking a New Account Manager to join our New Seller Recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners to enroll on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of opportunities by identifying high sales potential Selling Partners through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
- Successfully Account Manage all Selling Partners launched on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information and sales progress, forecasting and prioritizing to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
A Day in the Life:
You will be adept at managing multiple business opportunities concurrently, reviewing your sales pipeline daily, and managing senior external stakeholders. You will enjoy the challenge of building compelling business rationale for launching on Amazon in a consultative, engaging manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
