New Accounts Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Accounts Manager to join our Amazon New Seller Recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners and building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities by identifying high sales potential Selling Partners through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
  • Successfully account manage all Selling Partners launched on Amazon across our Renewed, Brand Owners, Reseller, Holdout, and Agencies portfolio.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information and sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Apply sound business judgement and influence others to drive sales growth.
  • Develop a strong strategic mindset and utilize Microsoft Excel to drive business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively and present complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Thrives in an ambiguous environment, managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
