New Accounts Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Accounts Manager to join our New Seller Recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners to enroll on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and acquire new Selling Partners, leveraging resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
- Successfully manage all Selling Partners launched on Amazon, building strong relationships and driving sales growth across our Renewed, Brand Owners, Reseller, Holdout, and Agencies portfolio.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, and forecast quarterly enrollment targets.
You will be adept at managing multiple business opportunities concurrently, reviewing your sales pipeline daily, and engaging with senior external stakeholders. You will enjoy the challenge of building compelling business cases for launching on Amazon, using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
