Fashion Account Manager - New Sellers' Acquisition, Marketplace

At Amazon, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We're seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in the 3P marketplace in Egypt.

This role is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that secure new product selection, value pricing, and convenience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/events, and will continually monitor competitor efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform.
  2. Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business targets.
  3. Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve seller issues.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  3. Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
