Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Account Manager to join our New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners to enroll on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a pipeline of opportunities to identify high sales potential Selling Partners through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
  2. Successfully manage all Selling Partners launched on Amazon across our Renewed, Brand Owners, Reseller, Holdout, and Agencies portfolio, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.
  3. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pertinent account information and sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.

A Day in the Life:

You will be adept at managing multiple business opportunities concurrently, reviewing your sales pipeline daily, and comfortable managing senior external stakeholders - Director level and above, every day. You will enjoy the challenge of building compelling business rationale for launching on Amazon, in a consultative engaging manner.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
