About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Account Manager to join our Amazon New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners to enroll on Amazon, building long-term strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with high sales potential Selling Partners through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
  • Launch these Partners on Amazon and serve as their Account Manager for the year, building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, and forecast quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior external stakeholders, including Director-level and above.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record of influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
