Amazon New Seller Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Account Manager to join our Amazon New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high sales potential Selling Partners to enroll on Amazon, building your own pipeline through resources such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and enroll high sales potential Selling Partners on Amazon
- Build and manage your own pipeline through resourceful outreach and relationship-building
- Launch and onboard new Selling Partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with Selling Partners to drive mutually beneficial sales growth
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, and forecast quarterly enrollment targets
- Review and prioritize your sales pipeline daily, managing senior external stakeholders and making sound business judgments

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
- Strong strategic mindset, superior communication and presentation skills, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses
