Job Description

The role of Training and Development Specialist involves creating and delivering training programs to enhance customer service skills within our National Enquiry Centre department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve existing training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Analyse trends identified through quality assurance processes and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to new joiners during their probationary period.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver effective training material.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid home/office environment.
