As a Construction Training Specialist for Essex Teens, you will play a vital role in helping young people gain the knowledge and experience needed to succeed in this field.

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide one-to-one support to 14-19 year olds in a workshop environment as part of their City & Guilds training programme. This opportunity is available in Chelmsford.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality training and ensure that all participants receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people (14-19yrs) and excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm and commitment are essential, and experience in construction and relevant tasks (bricklaying, painting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering) is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
