Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the training and development of a call centre team. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills and be able to build engaging training packs using PowerPoint and Word.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, as well as good organisational skills to track training and recruitment through a database.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our National Enquiry Centre department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face and remote training to a team, focusing on customer service, sales, and internal processes.

  • Deliver presentations and practical training to a team
  • Develop and improve training materials based on trends identified by the Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Analyse trends and identify performance opportunities for the operational team
  • Support new starters from recruitment to completion of their probationary period
  • Maintain a database to record training compliance within the National Enquiry Centre
