Job Description

We are recruiting a Care Sector Training Professional for our team at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality training and development initiatives in the care sector.

This is a permanent full-time job that requires working from home, covering southeast home counties and southern regions, including Essex, Sussex, Kent, etc. As the successful candidate will be responsible for driving to various locations, a valid driver's license and car ownership are necessary.

As a Care Sector Training Professional, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to meet the needs of our internal stakeholders and employees. Your expertise in the care sector regulatory environment and experience in communicating at a senior level will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing training programs and workshops
  • Coaching and mentoring in-house trainers and external partners
  • Managing e-learning systems and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
  • Working closely with skilled L&D colleagues to support specialist health and social care forums

Requirements:

  • PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
  • Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in communicating at a senior level
  • Experience working in a highly compliant/CQC organization
