Company Overview
Care homes in the south east of England require skilled trainers to deliver high-quality training to their staff. Our client, a leading provider of care services, is seeking a Learning and Development expert to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our client's care homes. You will work closely with the management team to understand their requirements and develop tailored training solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training in care homes or nursing facilities, as well as a strong background in Learning and Development. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and have a passion for delivering high-quality training that makes a real difference to people's lives.

This is a permanent role with opportunities for career development and progression. The salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, which includes a £35,000 basic salary and a £5,000 car allowance. Additional benefits include a contributory pension scheme and healthcare plan.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  1. • Deliver training programs to care home staff
    • Design and develop new training materials and resources
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
    • Work closely with the management team to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions
