Care Home Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced training professional to join our team as a Training and Development Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to care home staff, covering a geographic area spanning southern Essex and surrounding areas.
Remuneration:- £35,000 Basic Salary
- £5,000 Car Allowance
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- Healthcare Scheme
- 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
- Develop and deliver high-quality training content.
- Cover a designated area, providing expert training services to care home staff.
