Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Training and Development Co-Ordinator to join our National Enquiry Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training solutions to improve customer service and sales skills, as well as developing and implementing training materials.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about training and development, and has experience in building presentations and delivering them to teams. Good knowledge of customer service and sales is essential, and great organisational skills would be desirable to track training and recruitment for the National Enquiry Centre through a database.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and deliver effective training material, and sound computer skills including all elements of the MS Office Suite. A flexible and adaptable approach to the role, with a proactive and innovative mindset, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training materials to improve customer service and sales skills
  • Deliver training sessions to teams, using PowerPoint and Word to present information
  • Analyse trends identified through the quality assurance process, and identify performance and development opportunities
  • Maintain and develop a database to record training compliance within the National Enquiry Centre
  • Support the operational team with new starters from recruitment and interview stage, through to the completion of their probationary period

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of customer service and sales principles
  • Sound computer skills, including all elements of the MS Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and innovative approach to the role
