Job Description: Leadership Training Specialist

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the leadership development of our staff. As a Leadership Training Specialist, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training content.

With a strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design, you will be able to develop training solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.

The successful candidate will have a Level 4 CET qualification or equivalent, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience in using presentation software, such as PowerPoint, and spreadsheet software, like Excel, is highly desirable.
