As a Call Centre Training and Development Co-Ordinator at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to our National Enquiry Centre team. Your main responsibility will be to develop and deliver effective training materials, both face-to-face and remotely, to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and sales.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development. You should have excellent presentation skills and be confident in using PowerPoint and Word to build engaging presentations. Good knowledge of customer service and sales principles is essential, as well as great organisational skills to manage databases and track training compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and deliver effective training material, with sound computer skills including all elements of the MS Office Suite. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, private pension, and flexible shift patterns.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a combination of face-to-face and remote training through presentations and practical training.
  • Developing and improving training material by reviewing and acting upon trends identified by the Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Maintaining and developing a database to record training compliance within the National Enquiry Centre.
  • Supporting the operational team with new starters from recruitment and interview stage, through to the completion of their probationary period.
