Organizational Development Manager

About the Position: We are seeking an exceptional Coordinating Team Leader to join our team at Volunteer Centre Harlow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead a team of volunteers to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders.
- Manage planning and budgeting processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Raise awareness of our organization in the local area through public awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team coordination and leadership.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and proactivity in achieving goals.
- Ability to manage planning and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with basic planning and budgeting principles.
Working Conditions: This role requires approximately 15-20 hours of work per week, with some flexibility to accommodate variable schedules.
Location: Opportunities exist in various locations, including Basildon, Billericay & Wickford, Braintree, Brentwood, and Chelmsford.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
