">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Design and Brand Lead to join our team as a key member of our creative design studio. As a Design and Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design and branding strategies across our B2C, B2B, and B2B2C brands, ensuring consistency and growth in brand presence and customer engagement.
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Developing and implementing design and branding strategies across multiple brands and distribution channels;">
- Owning and managing design and branding assets, including graphic design concepts, websites, brochures, emails, videos, and social media content;">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across digital, print, and events;">
- Supporting the content development team with design and creative elements of content creation;">
- Creative content development, including animations, to achieve brand and campaign objectives across social media and web platforms;">
- Managing design and branding assets across the business to support marketing delivery and execution.">
Key Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in design and branding management, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies;">
- Significant experience in all aspects of design and branding management, including graphic design concepts, website development, and content creation;">
- Strong knowledge of design and creative applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud;">
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.">
