Health, Safety and Compliance Manager

A QHSE Administrator is needed to join a leading food supplier company based in Maldon. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's QHSE systems, ensuring that standards are met across all aspects of the organization.
About the RoleThis is a critical support role that requires a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to develop and implement QHSE strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance QHSE systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on QHSE procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement QHSE strategies and initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a QHSE-related field.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
