Salary and Benefits

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising our transport team, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining general fleet compliance, supervising routine fleet audits, and facilitating end-to-end investigations from incidents involving fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all general fleet compliance
  • Supervise and facilitate routine fleet audits
  • Facilitate end-to-end investigations from incidents involving fleet vehicles
  • Ensure that your team understands and complies with all health and safety regulations
  • Oversee fleet schedules and fleet maintenance
  • Manage and maintain records in accordance with regulations set by the Operator Licence
  • Effectively manage all breakdowns and faults within our fleet
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-year experience working within a transport supervisor role
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • CPC qualification desirable
  • Key2 experience would be beneficial
