Transport Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Marlborough Highways. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Fleet Compliance Management: Manage and maintain all general fleet compliance, ensuring our team is efficient and compliant at all times.
- Routine Fleet Audits: Supervise and facilitate routine fleet audits to ensure our fleet is in good working condition.
- Incident Investigations: Facilitate end-to-end investigations from incidents involving fleet vehicles, ensuring that our team understands and complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Team Management: Oversee fleet schedules and fleet maintenance, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to perform their duties.
- Record Management: Manage and maintain records in accordance with regulations set by the Operator Licence.
- Breakdown Management: Effectively manage all breakdowns and faults within our fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- A minimum of 3-year experience working within a transport supervisor role.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- CPC qualification desirable.
- Key2 experience would be beneficial.
