We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Account Manager to join our team in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our business relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising business opportunities within existing accounts.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the Telecoms sector and experience of writing reports and creating presentations for senior-level clients. They will be adept at conflict resolution, negotiation, and persuasion, with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial and Operational teams to ensure the successful progression of bids and identify new business opportunities outside of our existing client base.

You will be responsible for developing clear understandings of our client organisations, including their challenges, delivery and operating models, and key stakeholders.

In this role, you will also establish, cultivate, and orchestrate key client relationships, manage new business leads, and work closely with the Commercial team to ensure proactive engagement with opportunities to maximise our secured pipeline.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
