  • To handle inbound customer enquiries related to additional products, services, or support with confidence and efficiency.
  • To meet and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's sales experience within telecoms is essential.
  • Demonstrate outstanding telephone communication skills and a talent for building rapport.
