**Job Overview:**

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Financial Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments, managing expense claims, and performing reconciliations. You will also be the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process and pay invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate records
  • Manage expense claims and credit card transactions
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries
  • Contribute to ad hoc duties and projects

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

**Estimated Salary Range:** £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
