Payroll and Administration Specialist

Job Description:
Tate is seeking an experienced Payroll and Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Main Duties:
- Process payroll calculations, including gross to net and pension deductions
- Manage employee data, including new starters, leavers, and contract changes
- Produce and reconcile BACS files, including third-party payments
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and audit trails
- Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll or financial administration role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
