Job Summary:

Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Primary School Administrator to join our team. As a Primary School Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school office team, ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the school office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain accurate pupil attendance records, including monitoring and recording attendance, absences, and lateness.
  • Process invoices and financial transactions using the Access financial system.
  • Update student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with the management of the school's CRM system, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support for the school's CPD project, including managing and coordinating project activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the school office team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and students.
  • Proficiency in using SIMS, CMIS, BROMCOM, or ARBOR software systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Valid right to work documents, including visa and share codes.
