About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Vox Recruitment Ltd as a Marketing and Business Support Co-ordinator in the Health and Social Care sector.

As a Marketing and Business Support Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing and maintaining company records and databases
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinating events and meetings
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
