About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced leader, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success at Haybrook. Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agency professionals and overseeing the implementation of strategic plans to achieve sales performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of company-wide strategies that ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement
- Build and develop a high-performing senior management team that embodies the company's core values and principles
- Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to company standards and objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency or a related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
