Development Sales Director

Job Description:
Brook Street UK is seeking a Development Sales Director to lead our sales team in Colchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and be able to drive sales growth and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement
- Enhance team performance through targeted training and development
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks for regional branches
- Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and regional teams
Requirements:

What We Offer:
- £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (based on sales management experience)
- Uncapped 10% commission override on team's performance in the company
