Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with a strong track record of performance and a keen eye for business development. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, improving sales and revenue, and enhancing customer experiences.
In return, you can expect:
- A competitive salary package: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A performance bonus of 15% of annual base pay, paid quarterly
- An outperformance bonus of up to 15% of your center's outperformance, paid annually (Average bonus FY23 was £40,000)

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:
