The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for investigating supplier performance issues and working with the Procurement team to resolve them.

The salary for this position is estimated at circa £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension, 32 days annual leave, employee assistance program, and life assurance.

Key responsibilities of the Business Growth Director include:

  • Ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy among employees.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data input.
  • Investigating and resolving supplier performance issues.

The successful applicant should possess experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Operating Systems.
