**Transforming Global Health through Living Evidence**

We are seeking a seasoned expert in evidence-based decision making to lead our climate change partnerships. As the Head of Global Climate Partnerships, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of global health.

The position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in evidence synthesis and use to drive meaningful impact. With a focus on building networks in underserved settings, you will collaborate with global climate organisations headquartered in EMEA and the United Kingdom.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building and managing high-impact partnerships that bridge the gap between evidence and implementation.
  • Driving partnership growth and collaboration across continents.
  • Ensuring evidence reaches decision-makers in formats that are accurate, useful, and actionable.
  • Collaborating with global climate organisations to address diverse priorities.

**Salary Range:** $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic team passionate about creating lasting change in global health.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced degree in a related field (public health, public policy, epidemiology, statistics); Bachelor's degree acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Extensive networks within evidence synthesis and use communities.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable.
