This role offers a unique balance of administration and co-ordination functions, along with people orientated functions – the best of both worlds. As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will provide support to all aspects of working at Climate Action, including Recruitment, HR support & administration, facilities management, internal events co-ordination, travel arrangements, communications, company administration and more.

Estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of all new vacancies, from creating job specs right through to placement
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Demonstrated experience working within the UK HR framework, with a solid understanding of UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements include:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience with minimum of 5 years in recruitment, HR and office management roles, with experience in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in securing B Corp certification is advantageous
