Role Overview
A Climate Change Specialist is required to advise and support clients in identifying risks and opportunities related to the impacts of physical climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy. This involves conducting gap analyses, undertaking climate scenario analysis, financial quantification of transition climate risks and opportunities, and drafting disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing client business models and governance frameworks to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Developing effective governance arrangements for embedding climate change management and sustainability into clients' organizations.
  • Understanding financial modelling, including P&L, balance sheet, and forecasting finances with development of climate sensitivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate sustainable ESG change and net-zero specialists. They will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for managing climate-related risks and opportunities. The salary for this role is £62,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the field of climate risk consultancy.
