A unique opportunity has arisen to join Recruitment Pursuits Ltd, a leading independent recruiter dedicated to placing jobseekers within office support, accounting & finance, and IT roles across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- To maximize the profitability of the Commercial desk by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a professional recruitment service.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales calls and client visits, with a focus on growing the Commercial desk.
- To resource and interview quality candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for clients.
- To analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business development strategies.
- To work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of commercial recruitment principles.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of growing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
Educated to A-level standard, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
