About Us: Careers In Recruitment is a leading recruitment business in the construction industry, and we are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual to lead our UK division and build a team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to grow our UK division and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry.
  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients, utilizing strong business development skills and a deep understanding of the construction recruitment market.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on building a strong candidate network and delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide input on how to improve our recruitment processes and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings and other business-related events, with a valid UK driving license.
