Higher Success Ltd, a leading construction recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of recruiters in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiters in the construction industry, providing guidance and support to ensure successful placements.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the agency's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new business initiatives and strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in construction recruitment and 3 years plus in recruitment overall.
  • Experience recruiting in a built environment sector and specifically in construction recruitment.
  • A car and driving license are required, as you will need to visit sites to meet clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
