Care Home Deputy Manager

About the Role:
HC-One seeks an experienced and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide specialist support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervise/coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care services.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. They will also be a natural people person, able to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to kindness, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with residents and colleagues. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary and access to a range of benefits and services to support your well-being.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will also receive paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, homemade meals while on shift, a company pension scheme, and many more benefits.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing specialist support and advice to residents and colleagues
