Dementia Care Specialist Leader

About the Position:
As a seasoned professional in dementia care, you will take on the critical role of Deputy Home Manager at HC-One. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to residents and colleagues alike, ensuring seamless care delivery in the Home Manager's absence.
To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build robust relationships with residents, staff, and external partners. A background in person-centred care planning within a care home environment is essential, along with the ability to manage time efficiently and maintain accurate records.
A key aspect of this role is leading by example, embodying HC-One's core values of kindness, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with residents and colleagues. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the significance of the position and the demands it places on the successful candidate.
