As a caregiver and household manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support. You'll work closely with our experienced staff team to develop daily programmes of activities, including arts and crafts, cooking, and music sessions, as well as in the community, participating in music groups, going shopping, swimming, playing bingo, and volunteering at a local farm.

**Your Role**

  • To assist with meal preparation and presentation to a high standard
  • To maintain the kitchen and dining areas to a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • To complete weekly food shops whilst managing the budget and adhering to all safety standards
  • To set a professional example with all working methods, procedures, personal presentation, timekeeping, and hygiene
  • To maintain the required quality and service standards set
