Job Description: As an Aspiring Psychologist, you will be working closely with SEN students, supporting class teachers in managing pupil behavior, and gaining valuable experience through one-to-one and small group interactions. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and positive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- First-Class or 2.1 Psychology related degree from a Top 20 UK University
- Impressive set of GCSE and A level grades
- Patient, friendly, and supportive personality
